Who do I pay and do I have to pay the estate agent?
You, as a buyer, and our client pay the service fee to us.
We never accept or take fees from any other party so you can be sure we are always acting in your best interests and with complete integrity, while estate agents will get paid by their client – the seller.

How long does it take to source the right property for me?
It usually takes around three months from sourcing the property to signing a new client through to exchanging contracts. Indeed, searches can take anything from a few days to even more than six months, depends on the situation of each transaction.

What happens if I still can't find the property after 3 months?
It is very unlikely that we won’t find you a suitable property within a 3-month period. But in the rare event this happens, we will only charge you for our time and expenses incurred to that point, which is the non-refundable £500 deposit, but again, this actually has not happened in our business before.

I want to buy a property outside London/looking at schools for my children. Can you help?
We work closely with estate agents and professional education consultant who are based in London. For this reason, we are highly experienced in sourcing properties close to central London, but having said that, we are also able to help our clients if they want to relocate somewhere in England but outside London.

Can you source properties that I cannot source myself?
Yes, and in fact, many sales in central London occur without ever reaching the open market. Nearly half of the properties we acquired were not openly advertised due to our direct and close connection with vendors. BCPropertyUK have an enormous database of contacts whom we speak to every day.
